Swiss Creator Lab collects and stores personal data provided by you during registration (e.g. name, email address, phone number, creative role, social media links, portfolio URL, and city of origin). This data is collected for the following specific purposes:

• Event communication and organization
• Participant matching and collaboration
• Future contact regarding similar events or opportunities
• Event evaluation and anonymized reporting to partners or sponsors

Your data will be securely stored and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or explicitly permitted by you.

2. Media Consent

You acknowledge and agree that photo and video recordings will be made during the event. These recordings may include your image, voice, or likeness.

By attending the event, you grant Swiss Creator Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use such material for:

• Event documentation
• Online and offline promotion of future Swiss Creator Lab events
• Creation of an aftermovie or similar content

If you do not wish to be featured, please contact the organizers in advance or inform the photographer on site.

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or equipment
• Any damages caused by third parties or your own actions

Participants are responsible for ensuring their equipment is properly insured and for behaving respectfully and in accordance with Swiss law and event guidelines.

Swiss Creator Lab disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law.

Note: While we document the event officially, other participants may also take photos or videos. Swiss Creator Lab is not responsible for the use of such media by third parties outside our official channels.
