Swiss Creator Lab Vol 1 — Challenge Terms

1. Eligibility

• Open to participants who attend Swiss Creator Lab Vol 1 in Zürich, Switzerland.
• Participants must be 16+ years old or have guardian consent.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
• Organisers, jury members, and their immediate families are not eligible for prizes.

2. How to Enter

• Post work created during the event to Instagram before the published deadline.
• Include the hashtags #sonyxcreatorlab and #swisscreatorlab.
• Tag @sony.schweiz and @swisscreatorlab.
• Multiple entries allowed. Private accounts must be set to public during the judging period.

3. Content Rules

• Entries must be your original work and created at this event.
• Obtain all necessary permissions/releases (e.g. models, collaborators).
• No unlawful, hateful, or infringing content; respect venue safety and Swiss law.

4. Judging & Prizes

A jury selected by Swiss Creator Lab and partners will evaluate entries based on creativity, execution, storytelling, impact, and alignment with the theme “Experiment”. Jury decisions are final.

• Prizes as announced on the event page (non-transferable; no cash alternative).
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM.
• Prizes are delivered within Switzerland.

5. Rights You Grant

By entering, you grant Swiss Creator Lab a non-exclusive license to repost and showcase your submitted content, with credit where feasible. You retain full ownership of your work.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed to administer the challenge and may be shared one-time with Sony Europe B.V. for evaluation and reporting. See our Terms & Privacy and Data Disclosure.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal venues.
