True RGB Video Challenge — Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Sony True RGB Video Challenge at Swiss Creator Lab Vol. 2. By entering, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
Open to participants aged 18 or older with a residential address in Switzerland. Employees of Sony, affiliated agencies and event partners are excluded.
2. Entry Requirements
Entries must be posted by 9 August 2026, 23:59 from a public Instagram profile and must meet all challenge requirements. The video must be created by the participant and must not infringe any third-party rights. If other people are visible, the participant is responsible for having their permission.
3. Judging & Winner
The Sony team will select the winner based on creativity, originality, use of the three required colours and overall execution. The winner will be contacted via Instagram by 17 August 2026. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, Sony may select another winner.
4. Prizes
The prize is one Sony BRAVIA 7 II TV in size 55". Additionally, the model featured in the winning video receives one Sony WH-1000XM6 headphone. No cash payment, exchange or transfer is possible.
5. Content Usage
By participating, participants allow Sony Schweiz (@sony.schweiz) to repost and use the submitted content for communication related to the challenge. Sony may exclude entries that violate the rules or amend, suspend or cancel the challenge if necessary.
6. Instagram & Data
This challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Instagram is released from any responsibility related to this challenge. Personal data will only be used to run the challenge, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
